MINERVA COLLECTOR
Collector terms.
Minerva Collector is a browser extension provided by Milk and Honey Strategy LLC to invited Minerva users. These terms cover your use of the extension. They supplement, and are part of, the main Minerva terms of service.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Collector while you have an active Minerva account. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute it without our prior written consent.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the images you save. Save only content you have the right to use, respect the terms and rights of the sites you save from, and do not use the Collector to infringe copyright, to gather content at scale in breach of a site's terms, or in any way that violates the Minerva Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Account required
The Collector works only with a valid Minerva account and sends what you save to your Minerva workspace. Access depends on your account remaining in good standing under the main terms.
4. No warranty
The Collector is provided “as is” and “as available.” It depends on the structure of third-party websites, which can change at any time, so we do not warrant that every image or site will work. Our liability is limited as set out in the main terms.
5. The main terms apply
Your use of the Collector is also governed by the Minerva terms of service and the Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Data handling is described in the Collector privacy policy.
