1. Who we are

Minerva is operated by Milk and Honey Strategy LLC (“Minerva,” “we,” “us”), a company based in the United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

This site (mnerva.app)

The marketing site is informational. We do not run analytics scripts, and we do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to serve those fonts under its own policy. If you contact us through the email, WhatsApp, or Telegram links, that message is handled by the service you choose under its own privacy policy.

The platform (workspace.mnerva.app)

When your agency uses the platform, we collect:

• Account data. Name, work email, agency affiliation, role, password hash, and authentication metadata.
• Workspace data. Files uploaded to your workspace, content generated through the platform, the prompts and configurations that produced them, and any annotations or organizational metadata your team applies.
• Usage telemetry. Which features are used and when, request counts, latency, and error logs, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Payment data. Billing contact information and invoicing history. Card details are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored by Minerva.

The Minerva Collector browser extension is covered by its own Collector privacy policy.

3. How we use it

We use this information to deliver and bill for the service, authenticate users, monitor for security threats and abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email without prior consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the service:

• AI infrastructure providers that run model inference on our behalf.
• Our payment processor, Stripe, for billing and payment operations.
• Our transactional email provider, for account and security notifications.
• Cloud hosting, storage, and monitoring providers, under standard data-processing agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share data with advertising networks.

5. Cookies

The platform uses first-party cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not embed third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. The marketing site sets no tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

• Generated content. Retained for up to 90 days from creation unless saved to your workspace gallery, after which it persists for the life of the account.
• Account and workspace records. Retained for the life of the account and for a reasonable period after termination to handle disputes, refunds, and legal obligations.
• Billing records. Retained for seven years to meet United States tax and accounting requirements.
• Security and audit logs. Retained for up to 24 months for investigations and compliance.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict processing, and to request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, so no opt-out of sale is required.

8. International transfers

Minerva operates infrastructure across multiple regions. Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

Minerva is not directed at anyone under 18. Creating an account requires confirmation that the account holder is at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including encryption in transit and at rest, workspace-scoped access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected].

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to workspace administrators with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.
